About us

Mostodolce Brewery was born in Prato in 2003 from an idea of Francesca Torri, a young Tuscan entrepreneur and beer enthusiast.

Francesca, during one of her trips abroad, had fallen in love with the taste and aroma of pure, unpasteurized, unfiltered beer and its millions of styles and colors that the beloved beverage could have.
So it was that, in the land par excellence of wine, with an act of enormous courage, she decided to break the mold and purchase a brewing plant.

Today, after more than twenty years and numerous awards, Francesca has succeeded in conveying to so many people the spirit and mission of Mostodolce, which is to make known and appreciate craft beers, at the time little known, not only to a niche of enthusiasts but also to a general public that, beer after beer, has felt an integral part of this culture and movement.
