Shipping policy
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery occurs within the terms specified on the website, app, or e-commerce platform, to the address provided by the consumer, through the courier designated by MOSTODOLCE SRL. To prevent fraud, the courier reserves the right to check an ID document to verify that the order details match the credit card holder. Note that to ensure more efficient delivery, MOSTODOLCE SRL will communicate the consumer’s email address or phone number to the courier as provided during registration or at the time of order. These details will be used in compliance with privacy regulations (D.Lgs. n. 196/2003). Upon receiving the goods, the consumer must check their integrity and ensure they match the order in the presence of the delivery agent. If the packaging appears damaged, the consumer must ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WITH RESERVATION and note the damage on the waybill/shipping document. If the package is intact, the consumer can accept it and may sign the delivery receipt with the note “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION.” If one or more products are damaged or do not correspond to the order, the consumer, only if they noted the damage on the waybill or accepted it with a reservation for inspection, must inform MOSTODOLCE SRL by email at ecommerce@mostodolce.it within 3 (three) business days from delivery. The consumer must also provide documentation, including photographs, of the damage or incorrect supply, with the burden of proof on the consumer. MOSTODOLCE SRL reserves the right to request the return of the damaged or incorrect goods at the consumer’s expense, to be sent back within 15 days of the request by MOSTODOLCE SRL. Failing to do so results in the forfeiture of the right to replacement or refund. Once the damage or incorrect supply has been verified, MOSTODOLCE SRL will, at its own expense and within no more than 30 days from the delivery or report date, replace the damaged/incorrect products or, if not possible, refund the consumer for their value. If the customer contacts customer service after the three business day period, MOSTODOLCE SRL may choose, at its discretion, to open a claim to potentially replace the damaged/incorrect goods.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery may take between 2 and 5 business days. Shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to prevent goods from remaining in courier warehouses over the weekend. Delivery times are not binding and may vary due to circumstances beyond MOSTODOLCE SRL’s control.
Deliveries near MOSTODOLCE SRL (about 20 km from its headquarters in Vaiano) will be carried out directly by MOSTODOLCE SRL within 48 hours of receiving the order through the MOSTODOLCE BREWERY APP, WEBSITE, or E-COMMERCE PLATFORM, excluding public holidays.
